This release will bring a new and enhanced experience when creating new emails.
Outbound calls with specified additional fields
With this improvement, we will enhance possibilities when creating new outbound calls. Agents will have the capability to specify the precise queue to which a conversation belongs and include additional fields, enhancing the level of control over call routing and organization.
