Broadcast performance

The metrics in Broadcast will help you better understand how your communication efforts are fairing and reshape, accordingly, any messages you plan to send to your customers in the future.

Analyze view

Click the communication in question and the Analyze view page will open together with the metrics and graphs that will give you a better performance overview. 

Basic metrics

The information found in this section is related to the communication that`s in progress or finished, and it includes the following for all the channels:

• Number of recipients
• Number of sent messages or calls
• Cost

Delivery and completion rates

Track progress via Delivery rate by checking the percentage of messages that are successfully reaching the intended recipients while the communication is still in progress. The graph represents the percentage of messages that have been delivered through the primary channel set, and additionally the percentage of messages sent by means of SMS failover.

Completion and Click-Through rates track successfully delivered messages and clicks by number and percentage against the total number sent. This is for both the primary source of communication and failover messages where URL tracking is enabled for both of them. Failover messages are still considered as completed if sent successfully.

Delivery by Status differs per channel:

Channel specific metrics

The Analyze view also offers per-channel information, except for the delivery and completion rates that are available for all the Broadcast channels. The data you will see depends on what metrics you have enabled for your communication.

Communication summary

The Summary panel on this same page will show the following data but only if the communication has been completed:

• Recipients (if it`s persons, tags, or segments)
• Message validity period and sending speed
• Scheduling information

The summary panel information is the same for all channels that can be used in Broadcast.
 

Available actions

When you want to generate the report, click Get report > Create, and the file will be sent to your email address. To create custom reports, click the link inside the Get report window. 

Click the three-dots menu for more channel-specific actions that will allow you to do the following:
